Two of my favorite things are the beach and good food and wine. So, my ten days in Anguilla this March were simply wonderful. So many great beaches and great resturants, so little time. It is almost impossible to say which were the best, since they all were great, but for this trip I would say Trattoria Tramonto for lunch and Cove Bay.
