Cost of living on Anguilla

I have been hearing different things regarding the cost of living on Anguilla...travel books indicate that it's very affordable to live there but then some residents on certain blogs say that they go to Sint-Maarten to buy their groceries in bulk because it's so expensive on Anguilla....can anyone please help shed some light on this for moi?!! How much would a week groceries cost on Anguilla for let's say 2 people. In Montreal it's probably about 125$ or so...
