Hi Lori, Just about any of the higher-end restaurants have fresh fish and lobster. We like Scilly Cay for lobster (in Island Harbor -- Eudoxie keeps them in natural rock-enclosed "pens") and Nat's for crayfish and lobster -- it's great everywhere, but these are both really nice experiences. See this page. Trattoria Tramonto, Oliver's, Straw hat, Barrel Stay, Overlook -- there are so many 5* Anguilla restaurants on this little isand, it's incredible.
If want them "direct," you can also just head down to Island Harbor when the fishermen come back. They also return to Blowing Point around 3 or 4 -- go to the far end of the beach at the end of the parking lot and ask someone there. You'll also find guys selling fresh-caught fish and lobster around that time right after the roundabout as you are leaving the Valley heading West.

Hope this helps! Enjoy!
